General Information

Even though you do not have to join a dive club to be able to dive in Saudi Arabia, there are many benefits to joining an organized dive club. Some of the benefits the DDA provide are:

Join Online

The DDA is open to all 11+ Aramco employees and dependents who are certified scuba/skin divers. Joining the DDA is a very easy process -- Fill in the  2010 DDA Membership Form and bring it along with all the membership fee and listed requirements (second page of the form) to the DDA dinner meeting held on the last Monday of each month (details on the DDA Events page) or to any DDA membership session (listed below). In most cases your membership card will be printed and given to you on the spot.

Those holding 11+ camp privileges can still join the DDA. The form is the same but it must be submitted to Dhahran Recreation for approval with the following items before it can be processed:

• A color photocopy of your 11+ privileges card
• A color photocopy of both sides of your Certification Card
• A color passport photo

Once the form is signed by recreation you may submit it to the Membership Director with applicable fees.

DDA membership fees are as follows:

• SR 100 for a single membership
• SR 300 for a family membership (all members must be certified divers)
